Therefore, we have established this Cancellation, Refund, Return and claim policy to address any issues or concerns that you may have regarding our website or services.

Placing Service Order:

  • Process: To place a service order, customers can contact our customer service team via phone, email, or visit our office.

  • Requirements: Provide accurate project details, specifications, and any necessary documentation.

  • Confirmation: We will confirm the order in writing, specifying the scope, timeline, and cost.

Cancellation of Order

  • Customer Request: If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must notify us promptly.

  • Cancellation Charges: Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation charges may apply.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.

Payment Terms & Conditions

  • Invoicing: We issue invoices based on project milestones or agreed-upon intervals.

  • Payment Due Date: Payment is due within 15 days of invoice issuance.

  • Late Payment: Late payment may incur interest charges.

  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, cheques, and online payments.

  • Payment can be made partially as per the project. 35% at the time of awarding the work, 30% after confirming the project and balance payment when you get the reports related to your project.

  •  We accept direct bank transfers, checks and online payments from our website.

Acceptance of Payments

    After any kind of payment, you will have to send the receipt related to payment on our official website and confirm it on our official WhatsApp number.

  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of payments promptly.

  • Payment Confirmation: Customers will receive a payment confirmation via email.

Amendment or Change of Order

  • Change Requests: Customers can request changes to the project scope or specifications.

  • Approval Process: Changes require written approval from both parties.

  • Impact on Cost and Timeline: Any changes may affect the project cost and completion date.

  • Amendment/Change of Order:  The customer will be given 5 days time to make changes in the project work, after that we will assume that the project report is final and under this the customer cannot refuse to make the payment.

Purchase of Service or Product

  • Quality Assurance: We guarantee the quality of our services and products.

  • WarrantyOur product and Services works on digital surface, hence no guarantee of any kind is given in it.

  •  Products come with a warranty period; details will be provided separately. Service warranty is also limited to specific conditions and applicable in few services only. For which the details shall be mentioned and shared separately during the Purchase of the Service.

Delivering Service or Product

  • Timely Completion: We strive to complete projects within the agreed-upon timeline.

  • Communication: Regular updates will be provided during the project execution.

  • Handover: Upon completion, we will hand over the project to the customer.

Resolving Complaints/Refund Claims

  • Complaints: Customers can raise complaints via our customer service channels.

  • Investigation: We will investigate complaints promptly.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed if valid claims are established

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our services. This means that you can request a full or partial refund of the fees that you paid for our services within 30 days from the date of your purchase, if you are not satisfied with our services for any reason. VISHAL CONSTRUCTION believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • VISHAL CONSTRUCTION does not deal in the any business related to items such as perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. therefore does not accept cancellation requests for the same in any form whatsoever. Only, cancellation of orders/refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of service delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items/service please report the same to our Customer Service team immediately by writing us an detailed email to our helpdesk. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products and services.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them

We will process your service cancellation and refund request as soon as possible and we will notify you by email when your refund is issued. We will issue your refund using the same payment method that you used to pay for our services. Please note that some payment methods may take longer than others to process your refund.

To be eligible for a cancellation or return, your item/service must be unused in every manner and form, whatsoever and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In case of Intellectual properties like Building Designs with strategies, layout Plan, DPR & other Analysis reports, Consumer behavior Data etc. You shall not be eligible to claim any refund in any form whatsoever. 

Several types of goods and services are exempt from being returned. like business idea, Project reports, Layout Plans & designs with Graphics,  Marketing Plan,  or DPR report with Designing Policy  which are once deliver or shared with customer from our end shall be considered as “SOLD” and for such services or products no refund shall be claimed from you. Other Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, flex, banners, pamphlets, flyers, etc. if are found without any Manufacturing Defect and can not be used in any form, can be replaced only but there shall not be any claim for refund in any form whatsoever. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Business idea 
  • Site Plan, and Building/Section Layout Plans
  • DPR & Project reports
  • Digital 3D Graphics for Project Layout and Design
  • Content of DPR, Layout Plans and Designs in Digital and in Tangible and Non Tangible Forms,
  • Building Plan and 3D Models
  • Downloadable services products
  • Management Fees and Charges paid to third Party/Parties/Agents/Service providers/Graphic Designer/ Developer/Promoter/Agency/Company etc. 
  • To complete your return, and initiate the refund process if approved by the Management after going through the request, we require a receipt or proof of purchasePlease do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {Emails:- office@vishalconstructions.in or vinaenterprises134.gmail.com} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
